the crowd walking in the main entrance (the place we took bus)
The topic is about Contemporary Chinese Political System and Economic Environment.
Guess what? The teacher - "Mr. Tan (陈老师)" who taught us, isn't a proficient in that topic but he's an English teacher! He's a trainer of english teachers.
陈老师
He is very good as his presentation skills inspired me. He doesn't have loads in a slide but he has it in point form and only have 7 slides that contained us for 2 hrs! Isn't that powerful? I think he's admirable as he's english standard is good, furthermore he presented in good sentences. I like his style of presentation. Here goes, 陈老师。。。:

武昌鱼(famous fish dish in Wuhan)/sweet soup
The fish is very nice as it's tender flesh is so soft that it would just melt in your mouth with its fragrant gravy!
After having lunch and bought snacks from the super market opposite the food stall, we went back to our dorm. and after awhile, I went out to look for Joyce in the library.

We had a short catch up about our agenda in WUST and then after awhile, we went to have dinner with the rest of the leaders. Luckily we met together first otherwise Joyce gonna be late again as she claimed that she's always late in meeting.

"Yu Wan"
The flesh of a carp, shark or freshwater fish is pounded into a fine and soft paste from which the bones are carefully removed, flour is added and the mixture is then beaten to a smooth consistency to make a wrapping for a variety of stuffings. These can be of muscles, shrimps or sturgeon for example and small balls are thus created. There is an old saying 'if there are no fish balls, there is no dinner'.

our scrumptous dinner! (they really ordered alot)
During dinner, we had about 5 cups of white wine and discuss about another interaction activity that is going to be carried out on next wednesday. It was a fun evening as we came from school and it was drizzling while on the way. To their surprise that we all wore our sweater (I got mine from Guanbin *thanks to him* otherwise I'll be freezed!) And we're outstanding with the others! That is so funny! The ladies then called koklong and rest of us "Shaou" (foolish in another dialect). Anyway, we had a good time and while sending Joyce home, I noticed that her appartment building looks very deserted and dark. Thus she told me that the appartment contained most of the foriegn workers, other students, etc.
The best thing of the day is the scrumptous lunch and dinner!
Wuchan Yu (Fish) & Yu Wan (Fishball)
Reflection of today: During my lunch and dinner, I faced and noticed two similar situtions. The people who drinks and eat, they talked very loud! I was wondering if it is their culture to be able to talk loudly when one's drunk or something? Or maybe are they originated from Hankou? One more thing is that I called the waitress "小姐", which is used inappropriately. Instead, I was prompt that I should call them "美女"! Somehow, I feel likes I'm making fun of them. But anyway, I'll be checking out with the locals and get my answers soon.
Furthermore, today after learning more about China's culture and politics, I felt that there's so much interest and good business point for businessmen to engage in. However, one have to be knowledgeable about the location first before engaging in it. If there's an opportunity, I would really love to take the chance to advance on in China! In my opinion, I think that there's a wide potential that China could be further improved but only at a slower pace.
Ok for now, I've to go to take my sleep already. To ALL, God Bless and Have good week ahead! Take care and don't forget to brush your teeth before you sleep.
